Ambrosia 2022 Rosé of Pinot Noir ~ Anderson Valley, Conzelman Vineyard

This bright, bluish-pink rose’ wine began fermentation as fresh juice pressed from dark Pinot Noir grapes. The minimal grape skin contact resulted in a lighter colored wine with fruity aromas of wild strawberries, goose berries and green apples finishing with earthy aromas of wood chips, wet leather and mint. Ephemeral flavors of persimmons, hibiscus, cranberry, white tea and Laroda plum evolve on the palate ending with just a hint of tannin.
